What are you going to do?

As an Account Manager you are responsible for your clients within one of the three commercial clusters within Talent Sourcing Partner. A cluster consists of a number of Account Managers specialized in staffing or recruitment, a Talent Coordinator and a Talent Manager. As Account Manager you will be responsible for the growth of the cluster, managing all client relationships and contacting candidates, both to connect them to a new position and to maintain contact.


Your tasks:

  • (Strategic) Account management: you manage existing relationships with accounts through a lot of personal contact with client and candidate, both face to face and online;

  • Internal stakeholder: you will be responsible for working with the other account managers within your own cluster and from the other clusters. You will also be in close contact with Talent Acquisition Managers and Business Development to match supply and demand

  • Sparring partner clients; you will be a partner to the clients you work with, focusing not only on solving short-term issues, but also on long-term challenges and relationships.

  • Internal processes; you are responsible for implementing and keeping all internal processes up to date.

  • See and seize opportunities: you have the freedom to bring your own input to fruition. There are plenty of opportunities within our growing organization and you can determine your own success!

  • You have 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience and want to get started on short notice!
