WCSG is a distributor of premium fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) for clients around the globe, acting globally and connecting locally.

Requirements

WCSG is looking for an eager and energetic personality with proven account management experience and an exccellent networker. As Key Account Manager, you are part of an ambitious and open-minded team. In this role, you report directly to the Category Manager.

This is how you tackle your day. You:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customers needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • You don’t need to be an Xls wizard but you will be asked to prepare regular reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Company profile

  • You live in the Netherlands.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Key account manager or business development.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Fluent in English. Speaking other languages is a big plus.
  • Willing to travel to countries as US, Caribbeans, Europe 40% of your time.
  • Adjusting your schedule to accommodate working with the US time zone (Miami more specifically).
  • MS Office proficiency.
