Job description

Supply Acquisition and Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to bring new vehicles onto the SnappCar platform;
  • Run targeted campaigns to increase the number of cars and vans available, focusing on both individual owners and entrepreneurial SnappPartners.
Activation and Retention
  • Streamline the process for new car owners, ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding;
  • Create retention programs to keep current owners engaged and satisfied.
Keyless Access Technology
  • Manage the roll out of keyless access technology, ensuring it meets the needs of both owners and Renters and is financially viable;
  • Stay updated on new advancements in keyless technology and implement upgrades or alternatives as needed.
Account Management
  • Build strong relationships with car owners, offering the support and tools they need to succeed;
  • Assist and develop entrepreneurial owners (SnappPartners) managing multiple vehicles.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop the supply team;
  • Regularly assess performance and provide opportunities for professional growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect Customer Insights and analyse data to improve the supply side of SnappCar and the vehicle owner experience;
  • Analyze Performance Data and operational metrics such as vehicle utilization rates, booking frequency and rental duration.

Requirements

Functional

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Account and Sales Management roles
  • Demonstrable success in supply acquisition, activation, and retention;
  • Strong sales and account management skills;
  • Proven track record in driving business growth;
  • Experience with marketplace dynamics;
  • Experience with the automotive sector and/or keyless access technology is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with car owners and stakeholders;
  • Team oriented;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively;
