About the Vacancy

We are looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to support Manometric through the next phase.

As the Financial Controller, your role is to take charge of all financial and accounting processes within the company. The main focus will be on delivery of a balanced and faultless financial administration, month and year end closings and financial reporting. You will work closely with the founders and management team. Your focus includes optimizing financial processes, introducing standardization and identifying opportunities for automation to ensure efficiency in Manometric's operations.

In addition to your accounting tasks, you'll get the chance to become involved in financial modeling and analysis, providing input for strategic decision-making. You'll be responsible for creating budgets, tracking progress against the long-term plan and developing dashboards for business insights.

The ultimate goal is to maintain and improve the financial well-being of the organization, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction. Manometric's size and current development phase offer room for impact and growth. This role is perfect for someone who is currently engaged in a Financial Controlling role, but is looking to expand beyond basic accounting duties, adding Business Controlling activities and delving into broader financial management responsibilities as the company continues to evolve.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has relevant scale-up experience, preferably in a production or trade type business, is proactive and thrives in a changing environment.

Additional requirements are:

• One to two years of experience in financial control;
• Solid understanding of accounting, internal control and financial processes;
• Skilled in business intelligence tools, like PowerBI;
• You make quick and accurate models and calculations;
• You are curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo;
• Dutch and English language proficiency.
