Requirements

You will:
  • Be responsible for all online and offline marketing efforts for Talent Sourcing Partner (TSP), with a strong emphasis on growth hacking. You will make sure there is consistency in all marketing expressions in line with the brand guides;
  • Connect the dots between the different marketing strategies across all TSP labels ánd pillars (Community, Accountmanagement & Business Development) with a medior Marketeer that will guide you;
  • Manage the social media channels and will make sure that all labels are visible and interact with clients and candidates;
  • Create impactful online content, including social posts, ads, visuals, copy and video edits. In addition: you will respond to ‘ad hoc’ needs from colleagues when it comes to creating templates / infographics / website adjustments / invitations etc.;
  • Be responsible for an online organic post structure for every label and will make sure everything is posted on time;
  • Experiment with Marketing Tactics: run A/B tests and other experiments to find the best marketing strategies. Together with a medior Marketeer, you will analyze results and adjust campaigns for better performance and higher conversions;
  • Create and implement strategies to attract leads through digital channels like social media, email, and search engines;
  • Monitor key metrics like customer acquisition costs, lifetime value and conversion rates to see how well marketing efforts are working. Use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
